Gift Idea For Brian

Not for personal use, but for him to give to his niece, of course. And for the rest of us, happy pooing everyone!

Butterfaced Or Not...

I wasn't the only one who thought there was something wrong looking with Krystal.
As far as we know, Krystal wasn't a man...

And really, this whole thing about me having a thing for blondes needs to stop. You're all confusing me with the Japanese guy.

Charlie And Neverland Ranch The Chocolate Factory

Does anyone else think Johnny Depp looks like a child molester, luring the kiddies with candy and Oompa Loompas, in his new movie?

Answer: A Made Bed

I Really Hope Not

If anything, anyone reading this blog should be dissuaded from going to law school. Best comment left:
On blogs you can ignore the gunners and idiots while in law school they waste an inordinate amount of time that could be better spent drinking.

Thank You For Doing So Reluctantly, Duckess

Late last month, the State Bar Board of Governors voted to increase application fees by about 14 percent, with the cost for general applicants going from $464 to $529 and the cost for attorneys jumping from $674 to $769.

In addition to the exam fees, the State Bar also plans to increase registration fees for general applicants from $80 to $92, for attorneys from $145 to $166 and late fees from $45 to $52.

The cost of a moral character determination goes from $378 to $431 and admissions certificates from $60 to $69.

The Committee of Bar Examiners said it suggested the increases reluctantly, with its members saying they are "acutely aware that many, perhaps most, applicants are entering the admissions process with substantial student loan debt levels."

A review of your grades indicates that you are not as stupid as once thought you have achieved a grade point average of 2.000 or greater if not for our grading policy, it wouldn't be that hard to "achieve" in the Spring 2005 semester. You should thank your lucky ass be very proud of those who fell to the misfortune of illogical grading of the hard work and effort that has trapped brought you to this point. For The Ladies Taking The Bar Exam

If you're going to cheat by having someone take your place, make sure he's rightly proportioned.*

Also, I'd like to add that it should not surprise anyone that a guy would get it wrong by overestimating. And I'm sure the security staff was not only surprised by their discovery but also disappointed after having paid particular attention.

*Which I strongly suggest against anyone doing since it probably goes against that whole character and fitness requirement thingie.

Ladderin' Up The Beauties Of Beauty And The Geek

The WB ran a Beauty and the Geek marathon today and I was able to catch the last four of the first five episodes. If you want detailed episode guides with commentary, you can get them here, here, here, here, and here courtesy of Blonde Justice. All I want to do with this post is ladder up the ladies of the show and say that Lauren is so, so, soooooooo hot. Like get the milk and bread out, she's so hot. She rates like a high 7 or somewhere in the low 8s.

Lauren (so hot)
Caitilin (kinda hot)
Mindi (really, really cute, which gets her a 6.7)
Cheryl (potentially the hottest girl on the show)
Scarlet (looked good sometimes, not so good at others)
Erica (eh, I'd rate her a 5)
Krystal (can you say butter face?)

A few things have to be said. First, I didn't see the first episode where Cheryl makes her only appearance, but she looks pretty hot in the picture in the link provided and probably deserves to be ranked higher but won't be until I see confirmation in a rerun of that episode. Second, a lot of the girls look better on the tv than the pic they have up on the site. Third, my rating system is on a scale of 10 which is slightly at odds with the graphical representation of the ladder theory.

Basically, I'd actively like to eff' anyone rating 5 and up, 4's I'd eff' drunk and admit to, 3's I would eff' drunk and not admit to, 2's are the coyote ugly, and 1's are girls I just can't even look at.

The Things I Would Now Do For Gelato: Same Thing As Before

I've got the men's Wimbledon final going on in the background on the tv. I'm reminded that last year I was watching this event in England. On tv also, not live. It also brings back a flood of other memories. One of those memories is my first taste of gelato I got at Harrods. It was exactly one year ago. For some reason I didn't blog about it then. But today I have and today I'll be sure to have some gelato in celebration of that first taste and the attendant circumstances that made for that fateful day of my summer in Cambridge.
