Relationship Question

Should a guy get upset that his girlfriend is wearing jewelry that her ex got her? And what about the girl? Should she even be wearing that jewelry when with the new boyfriend?

I would say it would depend on the type and length of relationship and the piece of jewelry in question. But as a general rule, I think the tactful thing for the girl to do would be to not wear it. I, of course, have always worn it because I have no tact.

If it bothered me I would just buy her something to wear to replace it. Otherwise you really have no right to complaing right?

But wouldn't that be promoting the whole gold digger thing?

It would only promote that if she only wore it so you would buy her something new. It would take a lot of foresight on the girl's behalf. She would have to know this is how you would react. I guess my cover is blown.

Hmmmmm... Women needing to have a requisite amount of foresight to screw over a man? I think you give those manipulative bitches way too little credit.

Try not to get taken advantage of buddy.

If she is hot enough or nice enough, I wouldn't mind being taken advantage of.

Well that's just the well-known "she's Hot Exception" that applies to every rule.
