Has anyone ever been withdrawn from a class for excessive absences? If you have, how did you remedy this situation? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Get a doctor's note or some other documentation in writing.
talk to anne in dean powell's office because she does all that stuff. let her know you need to know if she can print out which days it says you missed, and then get your absences excused for those days that you didn't miss, etc.
don't forget to take some flowers for annie in powell's office. that always helps. Actually, I heard the younger lady in the registrar's office takes care of the attendance. it helps to be nice to her. I am sure if she doens't want to deal with it, she will send you to powell. which class is it? if Immigration, you may have missed one because guest lecturer was late and you left. did they count that?

Just use a little "asian persuasion" if you know what I mean. And if it helps any, pretend that the person you have to "persuade" is Carrie Underwood.
