Considering the condition of the books, I should return them and get my money back. Looks like you can pass without reading. Of course, I've never been much of a student to just go over somebody else's prepared outline and pass. Call me a nerd but I'll actually be one of those few 3Ls who does the reading. And really, with my track record, that would be a really good thing for me.

How about not buying books at all

It used to absolutely THRILL me to find a used book with little to no writing in it. I'm a nerd, so what?
