Law School Pet Peeve #3

Spending a half hour of class time discussing the dicta of a case and then ten minutes on the rule of law from the three page case.

And that is why you are ALWAYS on te brink of academic probation...always!!!!. Do you get "it"?

Are you implying that knowing the dicta is the key to avoiding AP?

Policy schmolicy, I still do just fine using supplements and outlines to tell me what arguments are out there. It's all based on the same material anyways and I fail to see why listening to every word the professor says is the key to doing well or avoiding AP or whatever. Different strokes for different folks I guess.

Haha Wayne, apparently someone thinks you don't get "it". And what exactly is "it?" Maybe I don't get "it" either. Could anonymous please explain "it" to me. "It" sounds very important. Will I need "it" to graduate? Can I buy "it" at the bookstore? Will career services help me find my "it"? Has "it" gotten annoying using "" for everything? "It" must be.
