What I Learned In Con Law

Discussing Nguyen v. INS, the professor said he had found it puzzling why one of the justices voted the way he did. Professor Con Law then said that he had taken an opportunity to ask one of the Supreme Court justices about it. Prof. Con Law then tells us that he was told that the justice in question was sent into one of those asian land wars that we're not supposed to get into and that ever since then he has had a thing against Asians.

And that's what I learned in Con Law on Monday.
