Edgard Brito, from Rio de Janeiro, offers wrinkle surgery, ear correction and even face lifts for dogs.
He told Las Ultimas Noticias: "Beauty is something desirable.
"We all like to talk to someone who looks good. It is the same for dogs."
Prices for treatment start at £20.
