Cambridge Program Thus Far

I received the following email from the captain of the Dream Team blawg of law students.
Mr. Soller,

I notice you're at Cambridge nowadays-- for the summer? for longer? As you've
no doubt discovered, it isn't the most happening place, although the best
ethnic food is down Mill Rd., and the buses/trains to London aren't
prohibitively expensive.

Anyway, just thought I'd drop you a line and ask how you're enjoying it; I was
there last fall before I decided to cut my study-abroad period short. It was
definitely an experience.

Best,
Will Baude
Crescat Sententia.
As always I'm honored everytime someone from a higher-tiered blog decides to drop in and take a look. But for the life of me, I can't understand why anyone outside of my circle of friends or those outside of SWLAW would take a look.

Anyway, as far as the summer abroad program I'm participating in, that ends the end of this month, it's been slow going thus far. As Mr. Baude wrote, it's not the most happening place. You can do the whole town in one or two days. That would be taking a guided tour of the place, walking/biking around the town, and punting the river Cam. Outside of that the only thing to do here is sample the many pubs. Not much fun to be had in Cambridge. But it is an experience and the three day weekends along with the Britrail pass affords me many opportunities to travel, which I have unfortunately been unable to take complete advantage of because of classes. Hopefully things start picking up this weekend.
