The
first case forces quickly back to mind estates and future interests. Not a good thing. The
second case seems rightly decided. The section on leases obviously brings to mind Contracts. Also, not a good thing. No lease, no landlord-tenant relationship. No landlord-tenant relationship, certain incidents do not apply. Whatever those incidents are is surely to be learned in the further readings.
